Many times we don’t take too much care for our own eyes. Eyes are part of the body that God has given us that may count as valuables. Having eyes is to see the beauty of this universe and still many things in life. So, this has got to be just as a must for us to keep our own eyes healthy.
A routine checkup for eyes to the oculist is the best way to detect whether there may happen damages to eyes any earlier.

This followings are tips to keep your eyes healthy:
1.Eat any kind of food that contain vitamin A;
2.Wipe your eyelids when it dirts with soft tissue;
3.Make sure you are not allergic to any cosmetics you use;
4.Wash your face at least 3 times a day;
5.Make sure to wear glasses, helmet, or a hat to protect your eyes from dirt, smoke and other air pollutions when traveling far;
6.Soothe your eyes with eye-drops when they happen to get irritated.
